These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://njletop.com (the “Site”), operated by Nanjing Letop Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (“Letop”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides information about our bioactive ingredients, pharmaceutical intermediates and related products, and allows business customers to send enquiries and request quotations, samples and technical documentation. The Site is intended for business and professional users and is not directed at consumers.
2. Product information
Product descriptions, specifications, grades, applications and documentation shown on the Site are provided for general information only. They do not constitute a warranty, a specification sheet for a particular batch, or an offer capable of acceptance.
The binding specification for any purchase is the specification agreed in the signed contract or purchase order, together with the certificate of analysis (COA) issued for the batch actually delivered. Where the Site and the contract differ, the contract prevails.
Regulatory status, permitted uses and labelling requirements differ between countries. You are responsible for confirming that a product is permitted for your intended use in your jurisdiction before placing an order.
3. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry through the Site does not create a contract. Prices, lead times, minimum order quantities and availability quoted to you are indicative until confirmed in a written order acknowledgement. We may decline an enquiry or order at our discretion, including where we suspect the product would be used unlawfully or in breach of applicable regulations.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system.
- Introduce malware, or interfere with the availability or integrity of the Site.

7. Availability of the Site

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nanjing Letop Biotechnology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD 100) if no such payment was made, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nanjing Letop Biotechnology Co., Ltd. against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your failure to comply with the regulations applicable to your use of a product.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site shall be submitted to the competent court at our place of registration in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
