Nanjing Letop Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, manufacturing, and commercialization of functional ingredients. Built on our fermentation platform and core enzymatic catalysis technologies, we combine pharmaceutical-grade standards with end-to-end quality management to develop high-purity, high-activity functional ingredients supported by scientific validation.
Today, we provide more than 20 functional ingredients for commercial supply, serving a broad range of applications across nutraceuticals, food, medical aesthetics, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical intermediates.
Nutraceuticals & Food Ingredients
Our nutraceuticals and food ingredient portfolio includes LetopCS® Chondroitin Sulfate Oligosaccharide, LetopEP® Earthworm Protein, LetopEP® Earthworm Protein Peptides, Gamalax® GABA, Ostryon® Cartilage Protein Powder, Salmon Protamine Peptides(Food-grade PDRN), Sodium Hyaluronate,NMN Enteric-Coated Granules, and more.

• Nanjing Letop Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established.
• Initiated a biotechnology project for the research of ultra-low molecular weight sodium hyaluronate (nmHA®)
• Added a production line for cosmetic raw materials
• Added a production line for GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid)
• Added multiple production lines to achieve large-scale production of hyaluronic acid with varying molecular weights and LetopCS® products.
• Obtained production licenses for pressed candy and the food additive GABA.
• Successfully entered the Japanese market.
• Obtained production licenses for compressed candy and GABA
• Achieved multiple quality management certifications, including ISO9001, ISO22716, GMPC, and EFfCI
• Successfully achieved mass production of multi-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid and LetopCS® (low-molecular-weight chondroitin)

• Obtained production license for solid beverages; became a council member of the School of Biotechnology at Jiangnan University; successfully completed US FDA facility registration, South Korean manufacturer registration, and Medical Device Master File (MDMF) filing.
• Accelerated construction of the Mingyang and Lianyungang production bases; expanded US-based Naturastar’s e-commerce operations across multiple platforms.
• Launched multiple nutritional and health supplement brands, including Huoliying and Jianweili.
• Obtained production licenses for GABA flavoring, earthworm protein peptides, and salmon protamine peptides; secured ISO9001 quality management system certification, solidifying the foundation for quality.
• Successfully registered 37 trademarks.

• Completed Phase I infrastructure at the Lianyungang Minghai facility, expanding production capacity.
